Il Consiglio di Stato decapita i vertici della Cassazione – Cronaca

The Council of State, in two separate rulings, cut off the heads of the leaders of the Court of Cassation. Indeed, the appeal by Judge Angelo Spirito declared unlawful the appointments, made in 2020 by the CSM, of Chief Justice Pietro Corzio and Vice President Margherita Cassano. The Council of State overturned a previous ruling by Lazio Tar that, on the other hand, had confirmed the appointments and rejected the appeal.
