Basket: NBA, Milwaukee strapazza Golden State – Basket

Dragged by Giannis Antetokounmue, the Bucks abused the Warriors (118-99) on the NBA Tour, while the Grizzlies took their 11th straight win and sank the Nets at home against the Thunder.
Milwaukee’s reigning champions asserted their supremacy over the Golden State. Antetokounmpo ended his encounter with a triple double (30 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists, 3 blocks). All this is very easy for the Bucks, who finished the first half with a humiliating lead (77-38). If Golden State dominates the early part of the season, it’s mainly due to defense, not offensive attack, centered around Stephen Curry, who scored just 12 points (plus 8 rebounds). The Bucks stayed fourth in the East while the Warriors (30-11) maintained their second place in the West.
The Grizzlies (3rd) who had to fight to defeat Minnesota (116-108) are approaching. Ja Morant does not shine (14 points, 9 assists, 8 rebounds), but his team is backed by a great defense. Thus, Timberwolves Anthony Edwards (30 points) and Karl Anthony Towns (25 points, plus 9 rebounds) scored only four points in the last three minutes, and in their start they were ahead 106-105. Desmond Bain (21 points) and Jarren Jackson Jr. (20) took charge of the attack for Memphis, supported by substitute John Konchar (15 points, 17 rebounds).
Denver outperformed Portland (140-108) in shooting by 63.4%, thanks in particular to Nikola Jokic (20 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists), consolidating its sixth position, ahead of the Clippers (eighty) (113-89) in New Orleans.
In the East, the day after the resounding success with leader Chicago, Brooklyn showed another face with a big loss at home (130-109) to Oklahoma City, while losing second place in Miami.
