Pianist Ruth Slenzynska will turn 97 tomorrow and her new album will be released on March 18th for Decca. He thus became one of the longest-lived artists, having been in show business for over 90 years. BBC reports.
In fact, the pianist, of American nationality, achieved success so early that Mozart considers him to be the greatest talent for children. She first appeared in Berlin at the age of six and in Paris at seven, and was considered the last living student of Rachmaninov.
Many memorable moments in his long career, such as the duet with President Harry S. Truman, during the inauguration of President John F. Kennedy.
