(ANSA) – ROME, Jan. 14 – Pianist Ruth Slenzynska will turn 97 tomorrow and release her new album on March 18 for Decca Records. He thus became one of the longest-lived artists, having been in show business for over 90 years. BBC reports.

In fact, the pianist, of American nationality, achieved success so early that Mozart considers him to be the greatest children’s talent. He first appeared in Berlin at the age of six and in Paris at the age of seven and was considered the last living student of Rachmaninoff.
